We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders relevant of destinations.

Your products will ship within one to five working days of your order, and then take a further 10-20 working days to reach your doorstep. We do have a slight delay on shipping times due to COVID-19, but we are doing all we can to get our products to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive tracking information approximately 5 working days after your order is placed.

If you don’t receive your order within our estimated shipping time please contact us at We value our customers and want to maintain a healthy relationship with every single one of them.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. If your order has been sent out before you contact us about the calculation please contact us directly and we will address the issue immediately.

If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong product, or colour, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
